Brian, I finished off the port of the 3.4 texture utils and format work
this evening. I think the overall design is clean and fits in well with
your FetchTexel work from a while back. Please let me know if you have
any comments or issues with the work. There may be a little fine tuning
with the utilities, but I'll leave that until the trunk is merged into
the mesa-3-5 branch this week.
