[Mesa3d-dev] OptimizeImmediatePipline never called

I noticed that the driver function OptimizeImmediatePipeline doesn't
seem to be called from anywhere inthe Mesa source.
OptimizePrecaclPipeline gets called at the end of
build_full_precalc_pipeline in pipeline.c.  So I would have expected
to see build_full_immediate_pipeline call OptimizeImmediatePipeline at
the end too.  Is there some reason for it not being called?

Basically the two optimize pipeline calls should/will be removed in favour of
the build pipeline calls.  Can you use these instead?
