[mesa-users] save a partial mode for gyre?

Dear mesa-users,

I have two questions please :-)

1, Is it possible to save only part of a stellar model in the format of
'GYRE' please?

The motivation is: my model has a thin outer convective region. Since the
non-adiabatic computation for oscillation cannot really treat the
convective region properly (people use the so-called 'frozen convection'
which is physically incorrect), so I'd like to cut off the convective
region. Then the outer boundary of the partial stellar model won't have
pressure=0, so I also need to use my own set of outer boundary conditions.

2, Is it possible to set up my own outer boundary conditions for gyre
please?
