[mesa-users] Install - Test Error

Dear MESA Community,

While running ./install, I get an error with 'test'

/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lpng
/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lX11

At which point the install fails.
I have the newest versions of X11-common and X11-utils.

Anybody have any idea as to what could be wrong?
