Hi, This should be just a matter of adding some more things to your log_columns.list so that it will have all of the information needed to make the Kipp plots. Here's a sample log_columns.list that I use for massive stars. I think these are the crucial additions mixing_regions 40 burning_regions 80 and ! mass fractions near center center h1 center he4 center c12 center n14 center o16 center ne20 center si28 center s32 center ar36 center ca40 center fe54 center fe56 center ni56 center cr56 ! etc. -- do as many of these 'center' commands as desired My apologies for the state of the Tioga scripts in mesa -- they are something I've tossed together over the years for my own use without doing a careful reworking to make them in any way "user friendly". Let me know if you still have problems with the Kipp plots -- they are very useful!
