[mesa-users] using Tioga

Hi
I have two queries:
1). How to set controls to use wind schemes in massive star evolution, and the 
wind schemes that are available.
2). How to use Tioga? The link on the page 
"http://mesa.sourceforge.net/how_to_use_mesa_star.html" pointing
to the tioga webpage  and tutorials doesn't work. Please elaborate a little on 
the usage.
