Hi Matwey, You're likely running into a real challenge with stellar physics, rather than MESA. However, it's impossible to help you diagnose your problem without more information. Please try the following: save a model near where the problem occurs but sufficiently far away that the model hasn't already arrived at logdt=-1. Verify that this model eventually dies at the same place as the run that starts at the pre-MS. Then, you can send us the saved model, your inlist, and the last few lines from the terminal output.
