First, was this a fresh install or an update?

If it was an update, did you run the clean script first?  That is the most
common cause of such an error (if it is not inherent).

The amount of info provided is not enough for me to say more without some
additional information.  ifort 11.1.072 and above seem to work fine.  Does
anyone have results from an earlier version of 11.1?
