mesa-users] restart a run

Hello,

I use Ctrl+c to pause a run, revise run_star_extras.f to write s% 
lnRdot(1) on terminal, and use ./re x980 to re-start the run by photo 
x980. But it did not print what to be expected....., but mesa can 
recognize the change in inlist_project (I ask it to save model with 
model number=1000) and do what is asked......

How to set mesa to recognize the change in run_star_extras.f too? I 
attached it here.
