revise inlist_to_cc in black_hole test case
thanks to Pablo for his work on convection velocity variable option. now 5 test cases use it: 25M_pre_ms_to_core_collapse, black_hole, example_make_pre_ccsn, split_burn_big_net_30M, and wd_surf_at_tau_1m4. convergence_ignore_equL_residuals = .true. was used in these before, but now it is only used with ccsn_IIp up to end of energy deposition.
