MergeJudge

MergeJudge is an AI pull request reviewer with an open-source (MIT) engine, CLI runner, and GitHub Action. It sorts every pull request into an auto, review, or block lane using deterministic rules from the base branch first, and the AI review step can only raise the risk lane, never lower it.
