JMRI

JMRI http://jmri.org is a library and suite of programs for using and controlling model railroads. Since JMRI version 2.3.2, it has had growing support for CBUS.

The CBUS support in JMRI 2.3.7 provides:

• a console (traffic monitor) for watching and interacting with the CBUS http://www.jmri.org/help/en/package/jmri/jmrix/can/cbus/swing/console/CbusConsoleFrame.shtml
• a tool for sending arbitrary CAN frames, useful for testing http://www.jmri.org/help/en/package/jmri/jmrix/can/swing/send/CanSendFrame.shtml
• scripting support, so one can easily write code to interact with CBUS http://www.jmri.org/help/en/html/hardware/can/scripting.shtml
• connection to all of JMRI's layout control tools (for panels, automation, etc) http://www.jmri.org/help/en/html/hardware/can/cbus/index.shtml

Some JMRI developers are currently working on FLiM mode support, but it is not yet (as of JMRI 2.3.7) in a released version.
