There should be one button to add a new work order, customer, inventory item, etc.

Instead of having to create things in a logical progression, creating one of a lower level of the hierarchy should allow you to create a new parent on the fly.

IE when making a new work order, beside the account name, there should be a link for new, which will allow you to create a new account on the fly, along with the work order in one fell swoop.
