#13 I can't get to the login in screen!

I it was all working fine yesterday but today i go t
play and i type in the address and this came

Is the postmaster running (with -i) at '192.168.1.2'
and accepting connections on TCP/IP port '5432'?

whats wrong? please fix it so i can play!
