#331 Bug in Course Plotting

I recently was startled to find this bug while plotting a course:
I was plotting a course though the built in autopilot and it
dawned on me that it returned a path that was 4
sectors longer than the shortest route. Is the pathfinding
routine supposed to be like this? These are the numbers:
Shortest Route:
2154-2153-2152-2132-2133-2134-2114-2115-2116 (8 spaces)
Autopilot/Plotted Course:
2154-2155-2156-2157-2137-2117-2097-2096-2095-
2094-2114-2115-2116 (12 spaces)
