#87 Proactive Server Monitoring

A great deal of information is in a server's event log,
performance counters, and various usage logs -- too
much to be consumed by an administrator in a single
day.

There must be a way to summarize all the data from
various sources into a format that a single administrator
can review and consume quickly.

An example will be attached to this request shortly after
the initial submission.
