#66 GPRMC Tasker - Update 3.1.5.0 Coordination

1. Please task all MEPS/MedBase System
Administrators to CONTACT Mr. Kyle Mallery,
MEDBASE Program Office ((210) 916-6184 or DSN 429-
6184), to arrange a time and date for the MedBase
Upgrade Release 3.1.5.0 implementation.

2. Please ensure that the System Administrators
coordinate with their MTFs to schedule appropriate
downtimes that will not conflict with scheduled SRPs.

3. The upgrade should take no more than one (1)
hour.

4. See the attached instructions for the upgrade. The
actual upgrade will be conducted by the MedBase
System Administrator with participation from MedBase
PO if required.

5. Suspense Date: NLT 18 APR 05, assuming that no
SRP's are being held. Otherwise, have them coordinate
with Mr. Mallery for an alternate date.

6. Please note that an upgrade patch for the R-SRP
Unit Commander’s Report will follow within 24 hrs upon
upgrade to V3.1.5.0.
