#64 GPRMC Tasker - HIPAA Maintenance Release
All please perform the following steps to complete this
tasker:
1) From your MEPS SQL servers use the
following link to download the TASKER FOR MEPS
SAs: HIPAA Maintenance Release(Corrected File
Version) from the GPRMC share point:

intranet.amedd.army.mil/meps/MEPSAdmin/HIPAA_IMP
ORT.zip
2) Only perform the following steps to complete
this HIPAA Maintenance Release:
a. Replace the current documentation folder
(HIPAA_IMPORT\Hipaa\Documentation) the
documentation folder in the HIPAA Maintnenance
Release located in the same location.
b. In SQL Server delete
the current HIPAA_V_1_00 DTS package:
1. Open
SQL Server
2. Expand
Data Transformation Service
3. Select
Local Packages
4. Right
click on the correct DTS package then select Delete
c. Using the
Administrators Guide in the Documentation folder
(HIPAA_IMPORT\Hipaa\Documentation\Books\Help\AG_
Book_UserGuide) follow the instructions listed under the
Initial System Installation, Item 3. (Administrator will
upload and configure the DTS package.)
d. DO NOT RERUN ANY
SCRIPTS
3) Submit all bugs associated with this hot fix
as new Sourceforge bug submittals and place a
comment to the GPRMC Update tasker thread
(SourceforgeID:) with a reference to the bugs
Sourcefore_Id.
4) Report the successful completion of this
tasking, to include the submission of extensions, to Neil
Watkins no later than COB on Monday, April 13, 2005.
Special Instructions:
Remote Administrators please cover your respective
remote sites as needed to ensure compliancy with this
tasker.

All facilities have implemented without error except for
BAMC. An extension was requested until the BAMC admin
returns from vacation since they were in the middle of a
solution
