#27 Custom Adhoc XML sheet with the string variables

Create a custom XML Adhoc page that only looks for a
string variable that can be passed into the query.

This will allow me to create reporst that pass along
variable to large to use the list filters.

The report I am trying to create will allow me to enter a
UIC and a to and from date so that I can query
MEDBASE by UIC or by date.
