Issue User security, group security

Description - When you go to Meps\admin security
wizard and look up a user it shows what groups the user
is a member of. But if the user is in a group by way of a
query like all users from 1.1.9.12 with some type of view
like all army. Then the user will not show up as a
member of any group. The only way this works right now
is you have to be given direct by name access to the
group. If we go to a by name list for security this will be
a large task to maintain. If would be nice to be able to
type in a user and see the groups they belong to even if
it is a part of a query.

Moving this to the feature request section. The addition of
this functionality to the security wizard will take too much
development effort right now and we're already swamped as
it is.

I will mention that the regional standards being developed at
BAMC are encouraging the use of NAMED groups to manage
access and some of the upcoming changes to security and
slotting and tda will make this easier to manage.
