#83 Class Manager: Instructor

Facility requests that the Instructor field in the Class
Manager be editable. Currently the facility has a single
point of contact to create classes for courses that other
individuals are instructors for. This causes a conflict for
the noninstructor creating these classes as he is
bombarded with questions for a class he does not have
information for. Enabling the Instructor field to be
editable create flexibility on how courses are managed.
