#80 Leaves Manager Logs, Individual Leave Report

The leave clerks at BJACH are requesting that this
report have acloumn identifing what the types of leaves
that are displayed. If I look up an individual in the
Leaves Manager who has multiple leaves when I run this
report it does not show me the types of leaves. This
needs to show the types of leaves so the leave clerks
can quickly find the propley leave or TDY that they are
looking for.

This same view is on they modify tab of the leaves
manager so a column to identify the type of leave will
need to be added there too.
