#306 Survey Editor does not allow Permission Changes to Owners

I assigned an individual Permissions as Owner for the
4106 Survey through the Admin Module. When
accessing the Survey Editor and selecting Survey
Properties, then Security I was able to view all of the
permissions for this object. However, when trying to
change or delete any of these permission the Object
would give me the following error:

You do not have permission to manage security of
the object '{D8CA521B-6AB0-43B8-8E0A-
60FDF2749144}'.

After researching the problem I found that there was no
specific "Manage Security" TaskID assigned to the
objectid {D8CA521B-6AB0-43B8-8E0A-60FDF2749144}'.

I created a TaskID to Manage Security in the
Security_Task Table for Object D8CA521B-6AB0-43B8-
8E0A-60FDF2749144 which is the Survey Editor
ObjectID. I then added the user the permission in the
Security_Permission table for that TaskID.

WHALLA!!!! That did it. Now I can add individual users
to Manage Security under the Survey Editor without
giving them full Admin Rights.
