The problem is that the only SGI unit that has framebuffer support is 
the Indy.

We could probably use libdiscover and integrate that with the kernel 
configuration system. I would wait to do that for 2.6 because any 
improvements to the current configuration system would be useless after 
it is released.

I'll have an installer cd done by next week (I was having some problems 
with GCC segfaulting...but memtest says by ram isn't bad. grrr).
