#8 which toolbox required?

For steady-state analysis (find_ss), the manual
specifies that the "Control Toolbox" is required in
Matlab. Matlab does not have a toolbox with that name,
anymore (if it ever did). The following toolboxes are
available:
* Control System Toolbox
* Robust Control Toolbox
* Model Predictive Control Toolbox
* Instrument Control Toolbox
IS one of these toolboxes the "Control Toolbox" in the
manual? If so, which one? Is it called something else
entirely these days?
