#1 How to install ?

I am trying to install Sugar 3.0 and run the code
demo_cantilever. I get the following in Matlab 5.3 on
windows.

Error in ==> C:\Documents and Settings\mhill\My
Documents\CIT-2003\DLX4-Projects\Stephen
Schneider\sugar30-101002\src\cho_load.m
On line 12 ==> handle = sugarmex('use', file);

Error in ==> C:\Documents and Settings\mhill\My
Documents\CIT-2003\DLX4-Projects\Stephen
Schneider\sugar30-101002\sugar2-
demo\demo_cantilever.m
On line 42 ==> net = cho_load('cantilever3.net');

I seem to have set the paths to run the code but after
that ?
