We need to discuss at what level we might do this, is it just for the top navigation, is it for every reference to that thing within the program, or is it potentially all of the text in the interface (but not the database content)? Each of these would require a different solution, for the first one, it should be easy enough to do without huge changes, but the more translation that is required, the harder this job becomes. It is entirely possible to fit the site out for multi language translations of the interface text if we think that there will be enough interest in providing translations. This translation would be an ongoing work, because there would be new text for each new version, as we add features.
