#141 alert or block media from being printed or copied

Some photos may have an IP restriction on them which prevents printing or copying without seeking proper permissions from copyright owner. Could we have an alert pop-up when this piece of media is chosen to be printed, or chosen to be copied onto a CD/DVD? The alert would read along the lines of "You must contact the copyright owner to ask permission to print this photo."

Or even a way within the system of barring the copying/printing of this piece of media?
