Jay found that when trying to add the language "Arrernte" to MP, the ethnologue didn't contain this commonly used modern spelling. He found the language listed under an old spelling "Aranda".

I showed him that once you said "OK" to the correct language - no matter that it is listed under an old spelling, you can then re-name that language, so that it appears in the UI as the correct spelling.

We simply went back to the language list and clicked "change" next to the Aranda language, and renamed it "Arrernte". When we saved this renaming, it worked in that when you go to add a new name in the DB, the language shows as "Arrente" and see attached file 1 for how the description of the language itself shows.

The problem (?possibly?) is that in the language list itself, in the admin area, the language is still listed as "Aranda" - this could be considered misleading, is it possible to change this listed name to the new spelling? (see attached file 2 for language listing).
