The only problem is Systray4J library. This is native code and it should be installed (as DLL on Windows or as daemon on KDE) on user machine. But that library is not critical for Memoranda so I think it can be launched via Webstart (but without system tray icon if the library is not installed).

I don't see a Webstartable version available. Is there a reason that this cannot be launched via Webstart instead of requiring a download and install?
