#99 project export to zip

Im using following java - environment:
java version "1.6.0_05"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.6.0_05-b13)
Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (build 10.0-b19, mixed mode, sharing)

This error occurs while trying to pack a project file
. The generated file is about 25k in size, could not opened with zip and with memoranda.
