#5 Upgrade Member Update screen.

Member Update Screen has non editable fields. This is
giving hard time while creating new members, the
account creater shoud know all the details of the
member and and mistake is not editable later.

By giving the flexibility to update member info,
creater has a flexibility to add new members with
simple name and member can edit it to make sure the
data is proper.
