#16 Need to have "forgot password" link in login page

Need to have "forgot password - Notify admin" on the
login page. Once the user clicks this link it should
take to a page on which user has to enter details like
userid & emailid. we will cross check the values in
the database, generate dynamic password and mail it to
the user.
