Identify sizes of memory modules installed on a Solaris, Linux, FreeBSD or HP-UX workstation or server.
memconf reports the size of each SIMM/DIMM memory module installed in a system. It also reports the system type and any empty memory sockets. In verbose mode, it also reports the following information if available:
- banner name, model and CPU/system frequencies
- address range and bank numbers for each module

Does exactly what it claims to do, and the author is very responsive to requests to add new hardware types.

I am using memconf since version V1.44. It replaces our C version (called memconf to). Just tested V3.05 12-Feb-2015 wich fixed a minor issue. Great tool to see if you can upgrade your memory.
