#2 findSubsitute - selecting Patrol # redirects to new page
Just a minor issue for the less web browser literate members. Steps to reproduce:
1. Navigate to findSubstitute page
2. Click any Patrol number hyperlink
3. user is redirected to selected patrol roster page
Suggestion:
should the roster open in a popup window similar to the Name/awards popup?
