#9 Memorize menu, no Handbook

Wrong permissions on directories:

/opt/kde/share/apps/kmemaid
/opt/kde/share/doc/HTML/en/kmemaid

(adjust for different prefixes and languages accordingly)
cause the following symptoms:

- "Memorize" menu does not appear
- Choosing "KMemAid Handbook" from the help menu
doesn't bring up the expected document.

Workaround: as root

chmod 755 /opt/kde/share/apps/kmemaid
chmod 755 /opt/kde/share/doc/HTML/en/kmemaid

(again, adjust for different prefixes and languages)

The install procedure seems to make assumptions about
the environment's umask.
