Version 0.7.2 of Melati has been released.=20

This includes=20
o - better handling of character encodings,=20
     to support chinese and other characters
o - Support for finer grained authorisation =20
o - bug fixes to rollback and tree rendering
o - An experimental JSP handling servlet

If you have issues with any of the above it is=20
a good idea to upgrade.=20

There are no database issues with upgrading,=20
so it should be a straight forward matter of=20
replacing the jar, if you are already using 0.7.1
