#16 A | in channel names causes a problem.

If I have say a channel named #lame and another channel
named #lame|admin with the eggdrop present in both
channels, but mEL set only to log #lame (since
#lame|admin is confidential) mEL will still log both
channels. I presume this is due to some problem with
parsing the pipe char in mEL 2.0?
