#327 Op Editor - % Win/Loss Mod Field

In the Op Editor, on the 'Operation Results' tab, the "Win %ModMoney" and "Loss %ModMoney" fields do not work as indicated on the hover-over tooltips.

Per tooltip--A modifier of 2.0 will double payout for winner while in actuality a modifier of 2.0 will add 2% for the winner. In order to double the payout, would need to make the modifier 100.0, to add 100%.

Would request either tooltip be changed to match how the modifier actually works or change the modifier to match the tooltip.

The same issue might be present in all the other % Modifier fields, but only tested the money modifiers thus far.

    Ick. This code is all effed up. For some reason, the modifier (as a percent, and for all fields) is subtracted from 1 for the defender, or added to 1 for the attacker, and if it's above zero, it's then multiplied by the earned flu/money/xp. So the larger your value here, the larger the payout for the attacker, but the smaller the payout for the defender.

    This really needs to be redone completely, but this will affect existing operation payout significantly, so I need to give it some thought to keep from screwing over SOs.
