  • Allow mekHQ to remember player choices like how the tables are sorted, weapon sorting preference in megamek (highest damage to lowest), which filters were previously selected for the market screens, size of columns, etc

  • When entering the planet name in the map screen and after clicking the planet name/pressing enter, have the planet be automatically selected (instead of having to hit enter again).

Planets with hiring halls should be clearly indicated as such and there should be a way to find the hiring halls easily.

When displaying the transport cost for the selected jump, there should be a way to get a breakdown of the costs.

-Add filters to the finances screen, particularly ones that let you filter by month/year/debit/credit/category, and allow you to view previous year finance reports

-When going to the infirmary screen, have the first doctor in the list be automatically selected. When clicking on a repair task, have the first tech in the list be selected.

-Add sorting options to sosrt techs by skill level/minutes left (for repair bay/warehouse)

-Add option to the repair bay to set all repair tasks for a unit to a particular TN of success using extra time/rush job settings. E.G. If a unit has 4 repair tasks, and they currently have TNs of 4, 5, 6 and 3, you can right click the unit and set the TN of all repair tasks to 3, and extra time modifiers would be set accordingly. Right now it takes far too long to do this individually for dozens of repair tasks (more than fighting the battles).

Also add more sorting options for tasks, e.g. put all missing locations at the top first as you cant repair the armor on those locations anyway. Also non eligible repair tasks (replacing armor on a missing location) should not be visible (but still visible in acquistion for you to purchase parts if necessary). Hunting down the tasks for removing components from an arm before you can salvage it is really time consuming. Allow sorting tasks by difficulty, etc.

Allow multiple selecting of units in the repair bay, especially so that you can bulk move units to a different site from the repair bay.

Acquistion tab should tell you the transit time remaining for the parts or whether additional acquistion rolls need to be made.

-Have the acquisition tab in the repair bay tell you which person will be making the roll

  • Add filters to the "purchase parts" menu, and have it restrict what parts you can buy based on rules level/era. Right now you can buy level 2 tech even if the campaign is set to introductory rules level.

When bulk purchasing parts, instead of simply saying "how many", have it show how many tons and how many shots of ammo you are purchasing.

-Add option to display the dice rolls and modifiers that were used to generate personnel, contracts, enemy morale, etc.

-In the briefing room, have it show the straight support, transport compensation, etc for the current and previous contracts. Battle loss compensation is the only one that is shown.

-Add GM tools -> Finish refit immediately option.

-Allow you to rename refits.

-Marketplace -> Astech/Medic pool options should clearly indicate that these are for temporary astechs/medics. Suggest renaming them to include the word "Temp".

-Add more filters to the personnel list (only personnel that have been assigned to units, of a particular skill level, etc). A way to hide dozens of astechs would be good.

-Notification messages when personnel have gained enough xp to buy/improve skills/special abilities

-Have MekHQ auto generate special abilities for prisoners/enemy pilots/newly hired personnel

-Add an option to only get eligible special abilities when you increase skill level from regular -> veteran -> elite. A pilot in a missle mech getting gunnery specialisation : AC2 in the middle of a campaign is not welcome considering that you get a penalty to the missles you were using before.

-Add an option to have pilots get 1 edge per piloting above 5. E.G. 4/4 pilot would get 1 edge, 4/3 would get 2, etc, to compensate for the high BV of piloting.

-Have all the edge options be checked by default and allow you to set edge options (use for head shots, TACs, etc) en-masse (for multiple pilots at once)

-Include tooltips for the different skills (similar to the tooltips for special abilities)

-Include an option to assign pilots in the hangar (currently you can assign techs only, but not pilots)

-The unit panel (right side of the hangar, left side of repair bay) should display the current unit quality (D, F, etc)

-Include a way to see the quality of a selected part

-Include a way to see the number of astechs/medics/HR personnel needed to reach 100% effectiveness

-Vehicle turrets in the warehouse should specify what the tonnage of the vehicle was (like with mech parts), instead of the weight of the turret

-Allow a right click option to add/remove a column from a table (e.g. deployed column in personnel tab)

These should be separate tickets rather than one monster ticket. It makes it easier to track the status of each item and makes it easier to find specific feature requests, which cut down on duplicate tickets.

Back to what Deric already said: Separate tickets.

    Closed.

I split these requests out into individual posts so they can actually be tracked.
