#966 3.20's campaign options : Confirm and Load a preset buttons have errors

Clicking confirm and load a preset in campaign options doesn't appear to do anything and the log file shows errors. This happens even if it's a completely new campaign.

Exception in thread "AWT-EventQueue-0" java.lang.NullPointerException

      My bad, the title said crash and mine didn't crash, so i thought it was a different issue.

        No problem. I guess I can see how "crash" could be confusing there. When I reworded the title, I intended "crash" to mean "uncaught exception."

    Yeah. I can't load or save, and my confirm button doesn't do anything. some options will save, but its impossible to modify AtB settings for me.

    This issue is most likely caused by the fact that packaging was, for a time, missing the presets folder, and then for a shorter time the actual files in the folder. This has now been corrected, and when 0.3.26 is released this bug should be fixed.
