#935 Falsely reported unit not yet invented?

I just started a new campaign in 3052 with MekHQ 0.3.16.
When purchasing from the unit market, this happens:

This unit has not been invented yet.

My acquisition skill is logistics, and I have a logistics commander to accomdate. This happens with EVERY unit, EXCEPT THOSE INVENTED IN THE CURRENT YEAR. I gander somebody changed at '>' to a '=' somewhere, perhaps? :^)
