Error in calculating Heavy Vbays in use.

My force contains 16 VTOLs and 4 Heavy Tanks. ZIP attached.

1 ) Formatting is bad with extra Tab and String Length.
2 ) It appears that the Heavy Vehicles being in a Heavy Vehicle bay are being counted twice. Once because they belong there and once because they fit. Probably related to a fix for having LtVees move over to HVee bays.
