#2 read/load board state from file

Implement ability to load games stored in SGF format.

Probably more realistically, and in the short term, just read in a simple string representing board state, eg:
19 B 111.2.221.2.1 etc.etc. (19x19, blacks move, board state follows in a 1D dump)
