#595 DVD Vobsub splits into multi streams

with latest version vobubs are now split into multi idx/sub streams when more than one stream is available. They are not identifiable either unless you look into the idx file or load them in muxer.
Not everyone muxes the vobsubs into a container and prefer one idx/sub with all streams.
I understand there is some issue with MP4 that caused this change, but would it be possible to offer an option to choose betwee splitting and not-splitting? Preferably in General settings.

I am about to add a checkbox in the VobSubber window. Default will be multiple files. The checkbox will remember the setting.
