#9 upload complete, nothing happens

i am running a win2003 server with IIS and activestate
perl installed. i have it working to the point where it
shows the progress of the upload, but most of the time
it just keeps on refreshing the progress bar showing it
very near to completion.

for example;

Status: 527715 bytes of 519943 sent (at 83 Kbps)
Est time left: 00:00:00
Elapsed time: 00:00:50

but it never completes and the transfer speed just goes
down and down... but sometimes it does not show the red
bar anymore and simply says "File Upload Complete" but
nothing happens. The parent browser that still shows
upload.php was trying to load some page but just times
out after a while.

The temp files are still in the temp folder. Any ideas
what might be causing this problem?
