#18 Slow uploads - version 1.35

Hello,

I am experiencing slow uploads when using upload bar.
The speed stays around 89 kbps even when I have a fast
upload connection speed. When I do direct upload to a
PHP file or a PERL/CGI file on the same server, it
uploads fast at around max speed of my ISP.
