#3 error: can't access tracks database

I get this error message when attempting to open the program (which
worked 'once') - but now gives me this message, then closes the
application with no methodology or option to 'fix' the error?

can I?

a.) know from you if this is a 'feature' or a 'bug'?
b.) maybe get the source-code so I know how to find / fix it?
c.) have someone talk intelligently (with authority and responsibility)
about this?
d.) punt - and give-up?
