Add a log file for the client. This would log the text
usually seen by the user. The option and file name for
logging can be added to config.txt. A separate file can
be used for housemail, especially if MAINCHANNELHM is
NO. The other three tabs could have their own logging,
but that would be less useful than the first two.

Make sure the lr/cr shows up correctly (unlike in
cut&paste).
