#17 Add Unit Weight Breakdown for Units

Requesting the ability to get a weight breakdown on units that will pass validation, but cannot currently be built using MMLab, like support vehicles, conventional fighters, protomechs, etc.

For example, I understand that support vehicles are not supported in MMLab yet, but the Lab will still display their weight breakdown if the unit is overweight. I would also like the option to see the unit weight breakdown if the unit is not overweight.

Implemented in [r1512]. I added a new "Unit Weight Breakdown" menu item, below "Unit Cost Breakdown" in the "Validate" menu item.
